"I find it challenging to let go of all the deliciously gentle kindness and warmth in our mindfulness class every Wednesday, but again, learning to accept that the class is temporary is a mirror for learning how to live: I have to keep letting go. Words can never convey enough how grateful I am for taking this course. Thanks to the course and you, I have become a better friend of myself!"
~Hong Shu
"Thank you for your excellent workshop. I gained a lot more knowledge and also some very good 'hints' for incorporating mindfulness and deep breathing into my life....and I will definitely be using this for my own clients [I'm a clinical social worker and my practice includes those mourning a neonatal death, other loss and grief and, of course, generalized anxiety.]"
~Michaele-Sue Goldbatt, MSW, RSW, Milestones & Transitions
“Thank you for your overview of Mindfulness -- it was comprehensive, clear and I loved the way you brought science to the presentation. It ticked all the boxes for how to think, talk and make sense of meditation in a practical everyday manner---something that translates easily into every life circumstance and environment. Thank you very much for you time and thoughtfulness in providing this webinar. Yes, I am feeling the gratitude already!
~Lynda Whittick, Registered Psychotherapist, MEd

"I just want to say thank you for the ZOOM session on mindfulness. It resonated in so many ways and the scientific support for mindfulness claims was very encouraging. Thank you for presenting this.”
~Julie Zatzman
"Thank you for everything! I wanted you to know that you really have made a difference. I would not have dedicated my research to mindfulness and I wouldn’t have been introduced to something that has impacted my personal life so powerfully. Your style of teaching is also quite inspiring and I wish to run my class the way you do one day. It was an honour to have been taught by you twice."
~Colleen Cowen, MT, OCT
